Ma D.I.E.T:::

D - dare to not having nasik & ff too much

I - ikan & sayur take in large amount instead of red meat

E - eat any other kind of bread except croissant bread

T - try to have 45mins jog everydy

How to make d soup??
Here's d rcipe....
I have tried them n they r gOOd:p


Shitake Mushroom Soup

1 tin mushroom- hiris
1 kiub stok ayam
1 shallot- hiris
3 uls garlic- hiris-suke hati
1 potato- dadu kan
1/2 tbsp black pper
220ml low fat milk
Olive oil

Panaskan olive oil, tumis shallot 2gther with garlic.
Masuk all slices of mushroom for 5mins.
Then,put kiub stok aym& potato.
Bila sup pekat, angkat n grind d soup.
Pastu, tuang semula lam periuk td.
Put d milk, black pper.
Garam sket je.
Las skali, biar soup didih.

* serve n ready to eat.
